What's check-in and check-out? +
Check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in / late check-out subject to availability.
Is food included? +
Our base rate is EP (room only — no meals). The CP rate adds breakfast for 2 at +₹500/night. For all meals, our farm-to-table package is ₹1,500 per person per day.
Can children stay? +
Yes — one child aged 0–6 years stays free per room. Children aged 6–12 are ₹1,500 per night. Extra adult is ₹2,500 per night.
How far is it from Mumbai and Pune? +
100 km from Mumbai (~2 hours) and 100 km from Pune (~3 hours). We're 20 km past Malshej Ghat.
Is the property pet-friendly? +
Yes — well-behaved dogs are welcome. We have resident farm dogs they'll meet on arrival.
Are pools shared or private? +
The Balinese Villa and Courtyard Villa with Private Pool both have private pools. The Courtyard Villa and Swiss Glamping Tent share the main farm pool.
What's the cancellation policy? +
Cancellations more than 14 days before check-in receive a full refund. Inside 14 days the booking is non-refundable but transferable to another date subject to availability.
Is there mobile signal and Wi-Fi? +
Wi-Fi is available at the reception and library lounge. Mobile signal varies — it's the Western Ghats; that's part of the appeal.
Do you arrange airport / station pickup? +
Yes — pickup from Mumbai, Pune, or the nearest railway station can be arranged on request. Charges apply.
